Overview

Cubiri is designed to work without registration. We aim to collect as little personal data as reasonably possible while providing the site, responding to messages, maintaining security, and supporting advertising where enabled.

Data stored on your device

Cubiri uses browser local storage for functional preferences and game data. This can include language and country preferences, sound and haptic settings, reduced-motion settings, selected game options, coin statistics, and Party Game player names and gender selections.

Party Game player names are intended to remain in your browser. Cubiri provides an option in Settings to erase Cubiri local data from the device.

Data sent to Cubiri

The site communicates with Cubiri services to load games, rules, tips, localization, and Party Game prompts. Party Game requests can include gameplay parameters such as the number of players and gender combinations needed to select suitable prompts. Player names are not required for those prompt requests.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, we process the email address and message you submit so we can read and respond to your request. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to perform that security check. After a valid submission, Cubiri stores the submitted email address and message and uses Resend as an email delivery provider to send a notification to our contact address. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary. Contact messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

Infrastructure and third-party services

Cubiri uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, delivery, security, server-side services, and email routing. Resend is used for transactional email delivery related to contact-form notifications. Some site functionality can load software from third-party content delivery networks, such as jsDelivr. These providers may receive technical information normally transmitted when a browser connects to an online service, such as IP address, request metadata, and user-agent information.

Advertising and consent

Cubiri may use Google AdSense or related Google advertising services. Where required by law, advertising-related storage or processing will be controlled through a Google-certified consent management platform. Depending on your consent choices and location, Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, device information, approximate location, and interaction data to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize advertising.

You will be able to use the available consent controls where required.

Your choices and rights

You can erase Cubiri local data from Settings. You can also use the Contact page or email contact@cubiri.com for privacy-related requests. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when Cubiri's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page.
